Sometimes  you find something amazing and may only have a once in a lifetime chance to experience it.  In January, we went to the San Diego temple with our friends, Steve and Marsha Blackhurt.  Then we needed to find a place to eat. 

The GPS took us to this Chinese restaurant that is different than all others.  I think it was called Mongolian Hot Pot and Grill.  They bring you a pot of the most amazing tasting broth and you cook your food in it.  Two photos:  One before we dig and and start cooking food.  Two is the mess we made, a real mess.  We thought we were toddlers. 

Each table actually has a hot plate in the center to boil the broth.
