I have been slow to put up posts this winter.  Seems like there is always something going on.  Here are a couple of Arizona pictures.

Artifacts and historic railroad bridge over the Colorado River at what is called the Narrows in the background at the Yuma Territorial Prison site.  California in the back right of picture.  If the RV breaks down, we may have to use this wagon to get home.

Cute picture from home.  We miss our little Trent, but he is getting in his words, "More big."

His mother says, "Barely 3 and wants to drive to Guy's house."

He was almost ready 18 months ago.

Yes, we are still in Yuma.  Here is Kim still golfing.

Still golfing means he is still smiling.

By the time we arrived in Yuma, it was still hot, mostly in the 90s for the first week or so.  Today, Thanksgiving day, it is pleasant but windy.  Our best wishes to all for a wonderful Thanksgiving.  We have much to be thankful for today, a wonderful family, a Savior who loves us, Kim's return to health and 47 years together as of last Monday.

We had our anniversary dinner at Yum's top restaurant, Julianna's Patio Cafe.  Kay standing in the dorway.  Kim is manning the camera.

A peacock was wandering the patio greeting each guest.  We just had a hard time getting a photo of his head.

This is the back side of the peacock, but the colors in his tail did not come trrough true. 

Pear sent a photo of Trent with his Thai Grandma, Noi.  I hope she is giving him lots of hugs for us.  We sure do miss him.

We are about to enbark on our southern journey to Yuma.  But before we go, you have to see a picture of our granddaughter, Isis.  The photo was taken this summer in front of our new house. 

We are all smiles when Isis is around.

Two posts in one month.  What is the matter with me?

I had a birthday and Kim took me to the Cottonwood Grill for dinner.  I thought I would send a picture of us since you usually just get to see Trent.

Our table on the patio.  We understand that our lovely weather is suppose to disappear soon. Dinner was delicious.

The view behind us is the view we could see from our table.  The Boise greenbelt that runs along the Boise River is in the background.  There was also a beautiful waterfall in the area. 

Summer of 2016 is winding down.  Sometimes our visiters are not the normal breed.  This peacock took a stroll through our yard.

Also we are beginning to be sad that we have to go south before too long.  We have loved being so close to our grandson and getting to know him better and being able to kiss alll his owies better.  He gets to spend on day a week playing with us.

This pretty peacock boy showed up just outside our window, strutting through the yard.  We don't know a lot about peacocks, but notice his tail.  He appears to have lost the long pretty streamers, but seems to be growing some new ones at the base of the tail.  Most interesting!

Trent is becoming quite the ham.  He said cheese before he posed for the picture.

The corn was a bit hot, so after licking the butter a bit, he decided to decorate the corn.  I am not sure if he was creating a turkey or just trying to recreate his bad hair day.
